Coming this week to the Wednesday Market at Kendrick Park: NEW ENGLAND WILD EDIBLES!

At New England Wild Edibles, we provide log-grown shiitake mushrooms May through November. Locally gathered wild mushrooms sold fresh and dried. Ramps (wild leek, Fiddle-heads and other culinary delicacies. Much like fishing, availability of these products varies depending on the weather, season and… well, availability. We practice sustainable gathering of wild edibles within 30 miles from my home in Colrain.┬áNew flavors for each season!
